La courbe part de l\u2019hypoth\u00e8se d\u2019une charge permanente, dans la perspective d\u2019une dur\u00e9e de vie th\u00e9orique de 25 ans. Cependant, le trac\u00e9 de cette courbe correspond \u00e0 des &#8220;conditions id\u00e9ales&#8221;; en d\u2019autres termes, les <strong>canalisations<\/strong> ne subissent pratiquement aucune tension m\u00e9canique due \u00e0 leur montage et \u00e0 leur fixation ni aucun <strong>coup de b\u00e9lier<\/strong>. De plus, elles ne sont soumises \u00e0 l\u2019application d\u2019aucune force ext\u00e9rieure, etc.\u00a0<\/p><p>Cette courbe est \u00e9galement \u00e9tablie en partant de l\u2019eau et de fluides dont l\u2019influence chimique sur la mati\u00e8re synth\u00e9tique \u00e9tudi\u00e9e est comparable \u00e0 celle de l\u2019eau. C\u2019est la raison pour laquelle il faut imp\u00e9rativement tenir compte de l\u2019\u00e9valuation relative \u00e0 la r\u00e9sistance chimique lorsque l\u2019on se penche sur la courbe de P\/T (cf. coefficients d\u2019att\u00e9nuation ou derating factors): <a href=\"https:\/\/gf-eez.com\/fr\/guide-dinitiation-rapide-a-la-lecture-et-a-linterpretation-dune-table-des-resistances-chimiques\/\">voir volet consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9sistance chimique<\/a>). En admettant que, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la <b>liste des r\u00e9sistances chimiques<\/b>, un produit chimique d\u00e9termin\u00e9 requi\u00e8re l\u2019application d\u2019un coefficient d\u2019att\u00e9nuation (derating factor), c\u2019est \u00e0 <b>la courbe de P\/T<\/b> qu\u2019il y a lieu de l\u2019appliquer; l\u2019abaissement de la courbe qui en r\u00e9sulte correspond \u00e0 l\u2019application du coefficient correspondant.\u00a0<span style=\"letter-spacing: -0.01em;\">Dans l\u2019exemple qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de, on observe que, pour une temp\u00e9rature du fluide port\u00e9e \u00e0 40\u00a0\u00b0C dans une <\/span><b style=\"letter-spacing: -0.01em;\">canalisation en PE100<\/b><span style=\"letter-spacing: -0.01em;\"> transportant un produit chimique n\u00e9cessitant l\u2019application d\u2019un coefficient d\u2019att\u00e9nuation 1,2, la pression de fonctionnement maximale admissible n\u2019est plus \u00e9gale \u00e0 7,5\u00a0bars, mais \u00e0 7,5\u00a0bars\u00a0\/\u00a01,2 = 6,25\u00a0bars.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Une courbe de P\/T (pression\/temp\u00e9rature) rend compte, pour une mati\u00e8re synth\u00e9tique donn\u00e9e, de la capacit\u00e9 de charge admissible sous l\u2019effet conjugu\u00e9 de la pression et de la temp\u00e9rature.
